- The horse will only collaborate with the human (absent of domination), only if the latter demonstrates mastery of a series of soft skills required in nature: confidence, assertiveness, clear communication, inclusion, direction, intention, agility, knowledge of one's role, active listening, emotional agility, empathy, courage, just to name a few.
- The non-verbal response from a horse provides instant, unbiased feedback as to the presence and quality of these skills, whether to an individual or collective group.
