Anouk LORIE is a seasoned expert in authentic leadership and a driving force for change in the business industry. She has a Master of Science in Business Management & Engineering and an MBA in Quantitative Methods for Business, is a certified Coach in Equine Facilitated Learning and Coaching (Level 5 - The Academy for Coaching with horses founded by Kathy Pike, CO, USA), an Advanced Facilitator and a Certified Practitioner in Equine Experiential Education (E3A) with a specialty in corporate & leadership. And has more than 25 years of experience in the corporate and high Academic worlds.
In 2016, she dedicated her life to empowering "The Right Kind of Leaders ™, leaders who can make a sustainable difference in the world, in order to support the survival and thriving of our societies. Anouk is the co-founder of Wásábi Leadership, creates and deliver innovative and transformative leadership development programs inspired by nature and management sciences - in Canada, Europe, and the US. She is an international speaker, collaborates with various organizations and universities, and is a faculty member of the McGill Executive Institute.

Christian BOURCY holds a M.Sc., Master in Business Administration, CPA Expert (Belgium), is a Consultant and Professional Coach in Management and Leadership (Business Coaching School in Montreal), Certified Practitioner in Equine Experiential Education (E3A-USA), specialized in psychometric profiles NOVA and GALLUP CLIFTON STRENGTHS. Expert in business transfer, Mentor at FUTURPRENEUR, and co-founder of Wásábi. Christian has been supporting clients for over 25 years as a financial and business development advisor, as well as a leadership skills development trainer and coach.
He supports his clients, entrepreneurs and organizations, and guides them enthusiastically and effectively in their personal and professional growth, and in achieving their goals as managers and leaders. He co-facilitates our leadership development & team-building programs with professionalism and exceptional expertise. Jacinthe BROWN is a certified coach, ACC (ICF Certification) from "Coaching de Gestion" in Montreal, accredited coach from ICF and ICF Quebec, holds a B.Ed. and a B.kinanthropology (UQAM). Jacinthe has a career as an elite athlete in synchronized swimming and is a certified trainer for the National Certification Program as a Trainer.
If you add more than 25 years as a manager in public organizations, this makes Jacinthe an outstanding coach and facilitator. She has an expertise in mobilization, strategic development and change, organizational transformation, leadership development. She is the founder of EQUI-AUTHENTIC, a certified coach in Equine Facilitated Learning and Coaching from the Academy for Coaching with Horse (Kathy Pike, Colorado), certified in training and giving feedback for WAVE profiles, SAVE Assessments, PNL certified coach, Holds a HR certificate and is a Business Economist. A perfect combination to support teams and leaders from all over the world. Since 2010, she collaborates with the IMD Lausanne for their Women in Leadership Program, in partnership with Horse and has invited Anouk to join her team since 2018. Pam HUNTER, Principal at Unbridled Life Coaching, LLC, is a Certified Equus Coach and Master Equus Coach Facilitator through the Koelle Institute for Equus Coaching, as well as an Advanced Equine Facilitated Learning Coach through the Academy for Coaching with Horses and a Certified Practitioner in Equine Experiential Education (E3A). Pam spent the last several decades as a Managing Director at JP Morgan Investment Management, US Trust and Columbia Management. Throughout her career leading investment teams, Pam’s greatest personal achievement came from developing the next level of leaders by helping them establish their career goals and to reach their desired level of success. Her passion now lies in helping individuals and organizations identify, develop and achieve their own goals, while helping rescued horses find new lives as Master Teachers. Pam is our partner for the Eastern Coast.

Cécile LAZARTIGUES - CHARTIER,
Consultant in Intercultural, Strategy and Development, Cécile , a life-long traveller, has always been curious about the Other. It was in 1997 that she decided to leave France to settle with her family in Montreal. A great adventure that has lasted since then.
After her university studies in Europe (Letters, Communication and a DESS in international business), she naturally turned herself to stimulating, creative and international environments. Her eclectic interests have led her to collaborate on a wide range of projects (arts, publishing, communication, strategy and international development). Her experience in a very diverse environment allows her to offer flexibility and openness to her clients.
Acting as an intercultural consultant is a way for Cécile to be faithful to humanist values of sharing, openness to others, while offering her talents and her international experience to her clients.
