 HOW DOES IT LOOK LIKE ? 

• A week before your team building, we start with a meeting - to identify your goals, your challenges.
• We then provide your team with some prep work (or not if this is a surprise for them).
• D-day :
• After a short introduction, the participants experience multiple challenges with the horses
• After each challenge, participants are debriefed to connect the experience and learning to applicable organizational situations
• Action plans are continuously created during the day
• Two to six weeks after your team building, we meet again, on your site, discus what happened, what was learned, discover new insights from our team of experts - and coach your team to the next level.
